Rodlex S3000 - septic tank squeezed
In August 2021, I purchased two containers RODLEX S300 and SO3000 + with a Rodlex UN500 neck for each.
In August 2021, these tanks were installed on the site and put into operation. The groundwater level is high, the soil before the pit was dug was loam.
Separate drains are organized from the house: toilets and a kitchen sink are discharged into the two-chamber Rodlex SO3000, everything else is discharged into the single-chamber Rodlex S3000.
In the summer of 2021, I discovered a soil failure near the S3000 tank, which was caused by the deformation of this tank.
Representatives of Rodlex stated (without visiting the site) that my warranty had expired (and this is only 1 year! for a tank with a service life of 50 years...), the septic tank was installed incorrectly - backfilling with sand-concrete is necessary, as indicated in the passport (which I'm not here, just an invoice) ...
